Where is REV available?
Currently, our subscription service is exclusively available within the UAE. Unfortunately, we are unable to extend our offerings outside the UAE at this time.
What are your business hours?
Our customer support team is available from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Sunday to Thursday. For emergency support outside these hours, please call our helpline, and you'll be directed to a third-party service provider who can assist you. Vehicle deliveries are scheduled on weekdays only, with no deliveries available on weekends or public holidays.
Can I use my vehicle for business purposes?
REV vehicles are intended for personal, social, and commuting use only. If you need a vehicle specifically for business purposes or have questions about eligibility, please reach out to our team for assistance.
What is the vehicle delivery and collection process?
Once you schedule your vehicle delivery, you’ll receive a notification the afternoon before with the expected arrival time of our driver. Upon delivery, the driver will conduct a thorough inspection and provide a detailed walkthrough of the vehicle. If your vehicle is due for collection, you’ll receive clear instructions from the REV team. During collection, the driver will inspect the vehicle to assess its condition before returning it to our facility for further checks.
