ELIGIBILITY

  • All Land Rover models from 2013 up to 2019 (except Defender)
  • High Mileage Service Plans can be purchased by customers who do not have an existing Service Plan or as an extension
  • Plans can be sold to vehicles from 104,000kms or 5 years, up to and not exceeding a mileage of 208,000kms or 8 years
  • Maintaining a robust service history is essential for eligibility of purchasing an extended warranty up to a maximum of 10 years or 275,000kms
  • Vehicle must not be a Total Loss declared vehicle. Mileage must not be altered or tampered with

COVERAGE

  • All periodic services within the stipulated mileage range and or tenure (whichever occurs first)
  • Periodic service interval to be followed is 13,000kms or 12 months (whichever occurs first)
  • Service-related items covered within the Service Plan:
    • Lubricants
    • Filters
    • Checks as per manufacturer recommended service check list
    • Labor costs
    • Software upgrades (Navigation map updates not included)
    • One set of front and rear brake discs, one set of front brake pads and one set of rear brake pads (Golden Plan only)
  • Discounts of 15% on labor and 30% on parts can be availed on any add on repairs except for Menu Priced items (eg. Brakes, but not limited to)

Terms & Conditions:

  • All periodic services within the stipulated mileage range and or tenure (whichever occurs first)
  • Periodic service interval to be followed is 13,000kms or 12 months (whichever occurs first)
  • Once paid, the contract is attached to the vehicle/VIN
  • The contract is non-refundable regardless of circumstances
  • The mileage and tenure specified for the purchased contract has no flexibility and will be void immediately upon reaching expiry
  • The contract is only valid with the Al Tayer Motors & Premier Motors service network in the United Arab Emirates
  • Should there be evidence of the vehicle mileage being altered or tampered with during the tenure of the contract the contract shall be void without any refund
  • Grace of 1,600kms or one month is applicable to periodic services, should the interval exceed this mileage or tenure then the service contract is considered lapsed
