The Jaguar Warranty is a comprehensive package of benefits designed to meet a high standard of after sales care and support.

Should a vehicle purchased through a MENA* Jaguar authorised retailer require repair or replacement as a result of a manufacturing defect, the part will be repaired or replaced completely free of charge** by any MENA Jaguar Authorised Repairer, regardless of any change of vehicle ownership during the period of cover.***

All new Jaguar vehicles have a comprehensive warranty coverage period of 5 years/150,000 km, whichever occurs first.

All new vehicles sold on or after June 1st, 2018 will benefit from Jaguar regional warranty. The vehicle is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty terms in the region to which it was delivered for first sale through the Jaguar authorised retailer. Specifications and warranty may differ in other regions.

If the vehicle is to be registered or used in another region, further activation may be required and exclusions may apply and warranty conditions may be affected. For the purpose of warranty, regions are defined as USA, China, Europe & UK (excluding Turkey), Turkey, Russia, Overseas, Australia & New Zealand, Africa, Middle East & North Africa (MENA), and Latin America. Please contact your nearest retailer for further details.

* Countries part of Middle East North Africa (MENA) region are: Algeria, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Egypt, Georgia, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Morocco, Oman, Pakistan, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates, and Yemen.
** Applies to only vehicle purchased and repaired within the MENA region. Any vehicles purchased or registered or used outside the MENA region will require further warranty activation for a charge. Please contact your Jaguar authorised retailer for further details.

Optional Extended Warranty plans can be purchased at your retailer as long as all following conditions are fulfilled:

  • A multi-point inspection is completed, with any existing issues fixed prior to purchasing your plan
  • All services/routine maintenance has been completed whenever alerted by your vehicle* or as per the advised schedule and to the manufacturer’s requirements
  • The vehicle is over 42 months old from date of first registration
  • Mileage does not exceed 262,500 km
  • Age of the vehicle is less or equal to 114 months

Validity of Warranty coverage can be extended to ensure lasting peace of mind. Based on your preference, there are multiple, optional Extended Warranty plans to choose from, which can be purchased on top of your existing 5 years’ warranty.
