    • At Maserati, we are committed to delivering a first class ownership experience without compromise. Each new vehicle is handed over to its new owner with a 3-years standard warranty, without any limit on mileage.

      After this period, the Maserati Extended Warranty programme provides the freedom to extend the warranty coverage for extra peace of mind.
      The optional Extended Warranty is valid for a period of 24 months and starts with the expiry date of the standard warranty. It applies the same conditions, with the exclusions of:

      • Unauthorized modifications or parts fitted that alter the initial specifications.
      • The use of non-Maserati approved parts.
      • Normal wear and tear.
      • Vehicle not serviced at the official Maserati service center / not at the specified service interval.
      • Vehicle damage caused by neglect, accident, fire, flood, force majeure, corrosion, improper handling or having been used for racing purposes.


      An additional limited warranty for the drive train during the 6th and 7th year of ownership is available, too. For more information about our Warranty options as well as terms and conditions, please contact our Maserati service team. 


      In addition to the standard warranty 3 years/unlimited mileage Al Tayer Motors provides a comprehensive 3 years’ or 60,000KM service package (whichever comes first) with each car.


      In line with manufacturer guidelines, we recommend to service your Maserati vehicle every 12 months or 20,000km, whichever comes first.

  • Warranty 
    • Starting from the vehicle delivery date to the customer, the warranty period is 36 months with unlimited mileage.

      Spare Parts Warranty
      Maserati genuine spare parts supplied and fitted by an Authorized Maserati Dealer at customer’s expense carry a twelve (12) months unlimited warranty from the fitting date. This warranty covers the replacement cost of the part and the labour cost to fit the replacement part 

      Extended Warranty
      An extension of the factory warranty can be purchased by the customer when the original factory warranty is due to expire

      With the exclusive Maserati Extended Warranty program, you can extend the warranty coverage for Maserati vehicles up to the 7th year without mileage limits.

      Maserati Extended Warranty provides the same cover as the contractual warranty while Maserati Limited Extended Warranty" program offers protection for the main mechanical components (engine, gearbox, transmission).

      The Maserati Extended Warranty programs are available for the Maserati GranCabrio, GranTurismo, GranTurismo MC Stradale, Quattroporte (excluded the duo select version) and Ghibli. 

      The Maserati Limited Extended Warranty is not applicable to the Ghibli and Quattroporte models (from M.Y. 14) 

      You can extend the warranty on your Maserati for 1 or 2 years protecting your vehicle up to the 5th year from its warranty start date. The activation of the Maserati Extended Warranty must be requested by and not later than the expiry date of the contractual warranty. If you decided to activate 1 year Extended Warranty, Maserati gives you the option to ask for 1 additional year which shall be requested by and not later than the 4th-year warranty term.
*In order to enter the program your Maserati shall not exceed 100,000 km (62,500 miles).

      Limited warranty 
      With Maserati Limited Extended Warranty you can extend the coverage of your vehicle previously covered by the Maserati Extended Warranty on the main mechanical components (engine, gearbox, transmission) up to the 7th year from its warranty start date.

      You can request the activation of 1 or 2 years Limited Extended warranty by and not later than the expiry date of the previous 4th+5th-year or 5th-year Extended Warranty. If you decided to activate the 1 year limited extended warranty, Maserati gives you the option to ask for 1 additional year which shall be requested by and not later than the 6th-year limited warranty term.

      *In order to enter the program your Maserati shall not exceed 130,000 km (80,800 miles).

      Only For The Best Vehicles 

      The Maserati Extended Warranty may only be requested if the vehicle meets the following requirements:
All the routine and extraordinary maintenance operations required by Maserati have been duly performed by an Authorized Service Centre, as well as all the operations required by the mandatory service and/or recall campaigns notified by Maserati.

      • The vehicle has not been involved in major accidents or systems tampered with.
      • The vehicle has not taken part in racing competitions.
      • The vehicle is not a stolen vehicle.

      1. What are your hours of operation?
      Saturday – Wednesday 7:30 am- 5:30 pm
      Thursday ­– 7:30 am-1:30 pm


      2. Do I have to make an appointment before getting my car to the workshop?
      Yes. You can call our toll free number 800MOTORS to make an appointment.


      3. Do you have facility to rent a car?
      Yes, we have National Car Rental (043 03 7047). They will get you a car at our workshop. In fact, most insurance companies provide rental cars during accidents. You can check with your insurance company for more details.


      4. Is there a shuttle service available if I drop my vehicle to the workshop?
      We provide shuttle drop off to Noor Islamic Metro station every hour.
      Saturday – Wednesday: 8:00 am, 9:00, 10:00, 11:00, 12:00 pm, 3:00, 4:00 and 5:00 pm
      Thursday ­– 8:00 am, 9:00, 10:00, 11:00, 12:00 pm


      5. Can I drop my vehicle after working hours
      Yes, we have 24-hour security at all locations. You can drop your vehicle and sign the drop off envelope. The next morning, a concerned service advisor will get back to you.


      6. Can I pick my vehicle after working hours?
      Yes, you can pick your vehicle till 11:00 pm from Saturday to Wednesday, and till 7:00 pm on Thursday.


      7.How does the insurance procedure work?




      Oman, Qatar INS, Union INS

      Original documents can be submitted to the dealer if the vehicle is under agency repairs (normally agency repairs exist for a maximum of 2 to 3 years from the date of purchase). Hence, there is no need to open up claim with insurance.

      RSA INS

      Original documents can be submitted to the dealer with claim number. Customer has to call insurance to open up claim before the vehicle reports to the workshop.

      AXA, Zurich INS, Alico INS

      Original documents can be submitted to the dealer with claim number. Customer has to send scanned documents to insurance to open up claim before the vehicle reports to the workshop.


      For all other insurances, customer has to call the insurance company first to confirm if the police report has to be submitted at their office before the vehicle reports to the dealer.


      8. Can my representative come and pick my vehicle after the repairs?
      Yes, provided the representative has a valid ID proof and the arrangement is pre-confirmed with the service advisor.


      9. What forms of payment do you accept?
      We accept cash and debit cards: Master, Visa and American Express.
