  • Warranty 
    • Each new Land Rover is covered by a warranty lasting three years from the day it is handed over to its first owner followed by an extended warranty for 2 more years (except Defender). During that period, if any part needs repair or replacement as a result of a manufacturing defect, the work will be undertaken free of charge by Land Rover Authorized technicians, using genuine Land Rover parts, regardless of any change in the car’s ownership. In addition your Land Rover benefits from Total Care package.

      Protection for Paintwork & Bodywork: Two separate Land Rover warranties covers you against damage or defects on the exterior of your car: the Paint Surface Warranty and the Corrosion Protection Warranty. Refer to Customer service handbook

      Parts & Accessories Warranty: In addition to the Vehicle Warranty, covering parts supplied as original equipment when your Land was purchased, there is a separate Land Rover Parts & Accessories Warranty covering all Land Rover Genuine Parts and Accessories purchased from a Land Rover Authorized Repairer, Land Rover dealer or Land Rover Authorized Parts Distributor. Accessories fitted to a new vehicle
 by a Land Rover Authorized Repairer within one month on service or 1000 miles/1500km for the first time (whichever occurs first) will benefit from the same warranty terms and period of cover as the Vehicle Warranty.

      Land Rover Total Care:
      The Land Rover Total Care is a package of benefits and service programs that have been designed to ensure you derive maximum pleasure from, and help to protect your investment in the vehicle you have purchased. The package includes:

      Land rover Extended Warranty:

      As a part of Total Care,  Land Rover Extended Warranty provides Owners of Land Rover  vehicles with an additional warranty cover similar to the original 3 year manufacturer’s warranty (covers all sudden mechanical and electrical failures) Refer to Total Care handbook for coverage and exclusions). 

      All Land Rover vehicles sold in MENAP Region since January 2009 have a comprehensive warranty coverage period of 5 years / 250,000 KM (Defender models are excluded), whichever occurs first.

      Land Rover Optional warranty extension:
      One Year / 25,000 km Optional warranty Extension

      Choosing this package will increase the overall period of warranty coverage to 6 Years / 175,000 KM, whichever occurs first, from the date of delivery to the first Owner.

      Two Years / 50,000 kmOptional warranty extension

      Choosing this package will increase the overall period of warranty coverage to 7 Years / 200,000 KM, whichever occurs first, from the date of delivery to the first Owner. 

      Both packages of Optional Warranty extension can be purchased Over the Service Counter as long as all the following conditions are fulfilled:

      • Vehicle age is over 24 months / 100,000 km and less than 58 months / 145,000 km, whichever occurs first, from the date of delivery to the fist Owner.

      1. What are your hours of operation?
      Saturday – Wednesday 7:30 am- 5:30 pm
      Thursday ­– 7:30 am-1:30 pm


      2. Do I have to make an appointment before getting my car to the workshop?
      Yes. You can call our toll free number 800MOTORS to make an appointment.


      3. Do you have facility to rent a car?
      Yes, we have National Car Rental (043 03 7047). They will get you a car at our workshop. In fact, most insurance companies provide rental cars during accidents. You can check with your insurance company for more details.


      4. Is there a shuttle service available if I drop my vehicle to the workshop?
      We provide shuttle drop off to Noor Islamic Metro station every hour.
      Saturday – Wednesday: 8:00 am, 9:00, 10:00, 11:00, 12:00 pm, 3:00, 4:00 and 5:00 pm
      Thursday ­– 8:00 am, 9:00, 10:00, 11:00, 12:00 pm


      5. Can I drop my vehicle after working hours
      Yes, we have 24-hour security at all locations. You can drop your vehicle and sign the drop off envelope. The next morning, a concerned service advisor will get back to you.


      6. Can I pick my vehicle after working hours?
      Yes, you can pick your vehicle till 11:00 pm from Saturday to Wednesday, and till 7:00 pm on Thursday.


      7.How does the insurance procedure work?




      Oman, Qatar INS, Union INS

      Original documents can be submitted to the dealer if the vehicle is under agency repairs (normally agency repairs exist for a maximum of 2 to 3 years from the date of purchase). Hence, there is no need to open up claim with insurance.

      RSA INS

      Original documents can be submitted to the dealer with claim number. Customer has to call insurance to open up claim before the vehicle reports to the workshop.

      AXA, Zurich INS, Alico INS

      Original documents can be submitted to the dealer with claim number. Customer has to send scanned documents to insurance to open up claim before the vehicle reports to the workshop.


      For all other insurances, customer has to call the insurance company first to confirm if the police report has to be submitted at their office before the vehicle reports to the dealer.


      8. Can my representative come and pick my vehicle after the repairs?
      Yes, provided the representative has a valid ID proof and the arrangement is pre-confirmed with the service advisor.


      9. What forms of payment do you accept?
      We accept cash and debit cards: Master, Visa and American Express.
